Deleting account

Users can permanently delete their account and all associated personal data by contacting our support team via phone, email, or a contact form. Required information includes the username and registered email to verify the account. Once the request is processed, personal data such as name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order history will be deleted. Certain transactional records, such as invoices, may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
