Return &  Shipping Policy

At Horizocart.com, we are committed to delivering your orders securely and efficiently within India. Once your order is confirmed and stock is available, it is processed and dispatched promptly, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In rare cases, such as regional disturbances or unforeseen issues, there may be delays. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value within India, with nominal delivery charges applicable for specific remote regions. Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team via phone & email option. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In cases where a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Horizocart, your satisfaction is important to us. Customers may request a return or replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery, but only in cases where the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that returns are applicable only for eligible products, as indicated on the respective product pages.

We kindly ask that products be returned in their original, unused condition, and that they have not been altered, soldered, or physically damaged in any way. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or replacements for products that show signs of misuse, static discharge, modifications, or other forms of damage. Similarly, items marked as non-returnable, or those missing components, are not eligible.Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, order cancellations or return requests without a valid reason cannot be accepted.

If you wish to initiate a return or replacement, please reach out to our support team with your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, and the product is received by us, we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

In such cases, the return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer, and the product value will be refunded once the return is successfully processed. If a replacement is not possible due to the item being out of stock, a 100% refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

    Return Authorization Required

Returns will only be accepted after prior approval from Horizocart. Customers must first contact our support team via email with the Product ID and reason for return, or they should reach out through the Product Support section available on the Horizocart website. Unapproved returns sent to our returns facility will not be processed.

    Exceptions & Fees

Horizocart accepts returns only for selected eligible products and under specific conditions. If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs. However, if a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong item, a change of mind, or color preference—the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Personal returns are available only for certain products, as specifically mentioned on our website.

All return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery, and the product must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be altered, soldered, physically damaged, or missing any parts.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer may choose to receive either a refund or a replacement, depending on availability. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

At Horizocart, refunds are not supported. Refunds are issued only when a product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order. In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.

For issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we do not offer refunds. Instead, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery and verified by our support team.In cases where a refund was scheduled during weekends or public holidays, it was processed on the next working day. We appreciated your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

If a refund is issued and not reflected within a few business days, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team for assistance.

     Policy Updates and Modifications

Horizocart reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of the Return and Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this website. It is your responsibility to review the policies periodically for any updates. Continued use of the site and our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of those modifications.

    Risk Transfer and Tracking

Horizocart transferred the risk of loss, damage, or delay to third-party courier services at the point of dispatch. While most shipments included tracking features and optional insurance offered by the courier, customers were encouraged to choose trackable and insured shipping during checkout for added security—especially for high-value orders. Horizocart was not responsible for any damage or loss occurring after the package was handed over to the courier.

Warranty

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or exposure to moisture or extreme conditions. Final decisions regarding warranty eligibility lie with Horizocart and our partner brands.

    Order Processing & Delivery

All orders placed on Horizocart are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. All timelines mentioned are based on business days. Please note that delivery is subject to pincode serviceability by our shipping partner. If your location is not serviceable, Horizocart reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Horizocart currently fulfills all orders through a single trusted shipping partner to ensure reliable and consistent delivery service. While this setup meets our present logistics needs, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping network to include additional partners in the future.      International Shipping

At this time, Horizocart does not offer international shipping. We currently ship orders only within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery services in the future, and any updates regarding international shipping will be communicated through our official website.

    Return Shipping Disclaimer

Horizocart is not responsible for any return shipments lost or damaged in transit if customers use unapproved couriers. For safety, customers are advised to retain the return shipping receipt and use trackable shipping services when returning items.
